Testimonials
Tracey Smith – Housekeeper
Using Deliver Net online ordering site saves time compared to ordering from others.Tracey used to order from a catalogue, this took a lot longer as there were so many products. With Deliver Net site there is only the agreed products on the site.Tracey likes the Product Categories as this helps cut down on time from previously searching a whole catalogue. She likes the images as this helps when other people are placing the orders & do not know the codes but recognise the products. The online site has helped manage internal budgets.
Trish Hill – Home Manager
The site is so user friendly that they have 4 people who order regularly on the site. This helps cover for holidays and sickness. The best feature is the total budget per template being visible. This allows the home to keep within the allocated Monthly Allowance. They use online ordering for bedding, furniture and crockery. These are not budget controlled so are not as easy to keep within internal budgets. The site allows the Housekeeper to take ownership of their own budgets, as each order has a total value against it.Before they went online ordering it could take up to 2 days to place orders, not it takes less than 30 mins.Trish has used other online ordering sites in the past that are not as user friendly and on occassions if Trish hit “submit” twice she would receive double orders. This is not possible on Deliver Net site.
Susan Adcroft – Deputy Manager
The online site is a lot faster than the food ordering as this is done over the phone. They can manage to stay within budget as there is no “up selling” like there is with the food. They do not receive an order total from their food order until after delivery, as the fish veg etc have to be weighed. The email confirmation is great as it reassures the home their order has been received & tells them when it will be delivered. This allows the Manager to arrange someone to help unload & check the order off when it arrives. The “Your Order is Placed Late, Please Contact Customer Care” pop-up is a great help as it ensures the order can be changed & still delivered on time FOC.

Set your ordering templates & spending criteria that will be automatically managed by PICS. This allows you to delegate ordering, utilising your staff resources more effectively.
Order from a template of products selected by you. If you reach your allowance limit PICS tells you. If you agree to allow a level of tolerance above this allowance PICS will also manage that for you. Orders are added to your account and despatched.
With the PICS online programme you will only order what you need. No over ordering and no special offers to tempt you or your staff, filling stores with unnecessary stock.
Critical to the PICS principle is the use of high quality products from manufacturers that provide effective cost in use solutions.
PICS has gained endorsement from a selected number of key manufacturers who understand the benefit of ensuring superior products are used efficiently.
PICS ensures you have what you need in your stores. PICS means you minimise the disposal of obsolete consumables, reducing waste and with consolidated deliveries reduces your carbon footprint even further.
